Connect your Firebase Realtime Database to enable real-time sync across all devices.

Step 1: Go to console.firebase.google.com → Create a new project
Step 2: Add a Web App → register it → copy the firebaseConfig object
Step 3: Enable Realtime Database (Build → Realtime Database → Create → Test mode)
Step 4: Paste your config below and click Connect
▶ 📱 Enable Mobile Push Notifications (VAPID key — one time per device)

Get your VAPID key:
Firebase Console → Project Settings → Cloud Messaging tab → scroll to Web Push certificates → Generate key pair → copy the key pair value

⚡ For instant phone notifications (like WhatsApp), also deploy the Cloud Functions using the SETUP GUIDE in your project folder.
